Belinda Eaton’s magic realism paintings and portraits evoke a world of colour, vivid characters, swirling spaces, uncontained energy that can’t be trapped by the limits of the canvas, images constantly on the move, living life, dancing, drinking, and eating. Within the canvas there are no boundaries of subject, perspective or reality, just the borrowings from all that she has been exposed to. Belinda Eaton graduated with a B.A. Fine Art from St.Martins School of Art, London, in 1983.

Belinda Eaton exhibited her work at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Exhibition, Mall Galleries, London from April 28th – May 15th, 2005. Belinda Eaton exhibited her portrait of Cilla Black in the Star Portraits with Rolf Harris Exhibition at the County Hall Gallery, London from May 27th-July 3rd 2005. Her paintings and an interview were shown on ''Star Portraits with Rolf Harris'', on BBC One on June 5th 2005 and on ABCTV, Australia on August 15th 2006. Belinda's portrait of Cilla Black has been chosen for the cover of the new DVD of Series 2 available from the Star Portraits website

Belinda exhibited her paintings at the Biennale Internazionale dell'Arte Contemporanea, Firenze (Florence Biennale) from December 3rd -11th 2005. Belinda Eaton will be exhibiting her portraits at the Royal Society of Portrait Painters Exhibition, Mall Galleries, London from April 27th- May 14th 2006. The portrait exhibition will continue to the Hatton Gallery, Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, U.K. from June 23rd – August 19th 2006. Belinda Eaton will be showing her paintings at the Art Affair Gallery in Regensburg, Germany from Sept.15th 2006. From December 15th 2006 Belinda will be exhibiting her paintings at the Art Affair Gallery in Cannes, France.

Belinda recently participated in the Union Méditerranéenne pour l'Art Moderne , held from April-June 2007 in Nice, France.
